Position: Purchase Executive
Department: Purchase / Procurement

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
Source and evaluate current vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and other departments.
Verify purchase invoices, quantities, rates, and related documents.
Maintain proper records of POs, invoices, GRNs, quotations, and vendor details.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.




Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing and new vendors.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Prepare purchase reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Knowledge of PO, PI, GRN, invoices, GST and e-way bills.
Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP will be an added advantage.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial company will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
