Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fit dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures as per engineering drawings.
Perform filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, and other fitting operations.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Check die components for proper size, alignment, clearance, and fit.
Install and set dies on machines as per production requirements.
Carry out die trials and make necessary adjustments for proper operation.
Identify and rectify die-related problems during production.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair of dies and fixtures.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
Maintain proper records of die maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate with production, CNC, welding, and quality teams.
Follow safety,



PPE, 5S, and quality procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in positive condition.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and die maintenance.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and precision fitting.
Basic knowledge of machining, grinding, drilling, and fabrication.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with tight tolerances and maintain accuracy.

Pay: ₹9,266.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
