Experience: 8–12 years in high-end retail

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA

Requirements:
Mandatory experience in luxury or premium retail sales (e.g., luxury furniture, premium automobiles, luxury watches, jewelry, high-end fashion, consumer electronics, or similar premium brands).
Robust track record in driving sales, leading store operations, and managing teams.
Excellent customer relationship and client servicing skills.
Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company standards.

Salary: 40000 - 50000 (As per experience)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
