Arshak Architects is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage coordination across multiple ongoing architectural projects.
The role involves coordinating with clients, architects, structural and MEP consultants, QS consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage consultant registers, RFI logs, and drawing issue schedules.
Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Track consultant deliverables and drawing submissions against project schedules.
Coordinate with the site team to resolve technical and project-related queries.
Maintain project information and provide weekly project status reports.
Prepare meeting minutes, coordination notes, and qualified correspondence.
Attend project sites as required, typically 1–2 days per week, depending on project stage.
Requirements
B.Arch or B.E. Civil.
5–8 years of experience in architecture or construction project coordination.
Experience handling multiple projects and consultant teams.
Ability to read and coordinate MEP drawings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire services.
Robust written English communication skills.
Fluent Malayalam for site and statutory coordination.
Preferred
Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of Kerala Building Rules, KMBR/KPBR approvals, and Fire NOC processes.
Exposure to BOQ preparation or QS coordination.
Familiarity with AppSheet, Google Workspace, or similar project-management tools.
