Restaurant Chef / Cook – Job Description

Position: Restaurant Chef / Cook
Experience: 2–5+ years in restaurant/rapid-food kitchen

Required Skills:
Pizza preparation and baking
Burger preparation, including patties and sauces
Spring roll preparation
Chilli potato and other Chinese/quick-food items
Cold coffee and basic beverage preparation
Good knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and presentation
Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours
Proper handling and usage of ingredients and stock, with minimal wastage
Ability to maintain consistent recipes, quality, and taste

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef/Cook who can independently prepare the above-mentioned items and efficiently manage the restaurant kitchen. Candidates with prior experience in quick-food or restaurant kitchens will be preferred. The candidate should be able to maintain consistent food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation while working efficiently during busy hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
