We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with basic knowledge of WordPress to provide technical assistance and support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving WordPress-related issues and ensuring smooth website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries on email, or chat
Troubleshoot WordPress website issues
Assist with theme, plugin, and content updates
Coordinate with the development team for complex issues
Maintain proper documentation of support tickets
Required Skills:
Knowledge of WordPress
Understanding of themes and plugins
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a team
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
