Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who understands digital trends, audience engagement, and content storytelling. The role involves assisting in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies to grow Laughter Nation’s online presence and drive ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, posters, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Shoot and edit short-form videos from live shows and backstage moments.
Shoot and Edit BTS
Assist in content calendar planning and scheduling.
Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas relevant to comedy and entertainment.
Write compelling captions and hooks tailored for engagement.
Coordinate with comedians and designers for content approvals.
Track performance metrics and prepare basic weekly reports.
Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interaction.

Requirements
Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts,



and Facebook marketing.
Knowledge of editing tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar.
Valuable writing skills in English and/or Hindi.
Ability to work during live events (weekends may be required).
Solid sense of humor and awareness of stand-up comedy culture.

Bonus Points
Prior experience managing social media for events or creators.
Basic understanding of paid promotions and boosting posts.
Interest in comedy and live entertainment.
