Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Accounting Faculty to join our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical accounting training to students and helping them develop industry-relevant accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Accounting.
Teach Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, Financial Accounting, and basic taxation.
Explain accounting concepts clearly using practical examples and exercises.
Provide hands-on training in accounting software.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Conduct tests, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
Monitor students' progress and provide individual guidance when required.
Maintain attendance and student performance records.
Stay updated with current accounting practices, GST updates, and software features.
Support students in developing job-ready accounting skills.
Maintain a qualified and positive classroom environment.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and GST.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Relevant teaching or industry experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, and accounting operations are preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
Previous experience as an Accounting Faculty, Tally Trainer, or Accountant will be an added advantage.
