The Manager Trainee will undergo structured training in outlet operations, team management, customer service, sales, inventory, food quality, hygiene, and administrative activities. The objective of the role is to develop the employee into a capable Outlet Manager who can independently manage the overall operations and performance of a Rail Rolls outlet.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Outlet Operations
Support the Outlet Manager in managing day-to-day outlet operations.
Ensure the outlet is opened and closed according to company SOPs.
Monitor smooth operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure proper allocation of duties among crew members.
Maintain service speed and operational efficiency.
Ensure all company SOPs are properly followed.
qualification - any Degree
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
