Job Responsibilities
Manage overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Coordinate with NBCC officials, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure timely completion of the project as per approved cost, quality, and schedule.
Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Review BOQ, RA Bills, measurements, drawings, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management and clients.

Candidate Requirements




B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Mandatory experience in Government Projects.
Experience in NBCC / CPWD / PWD / PSU projects will be highly preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction execution, project planning, billing, BOQ, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Candidate must be able to speak and understand Telugu/local language for effective communication with local workers and stakeholders.
Willingness to work at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
