We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who loves creating content, exploring trends, and building engaging social media communities.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow Recooty’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, short videos, and other social media content
Research the latest HR, recruitment, AI, SaaS, and startup trends
Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness
Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy for social media
Create content using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
Track social media performance and suggest improvements
Monitor competitors and industry trends for recent content opportunities
Support campaigns, product launches, events,



and promotional activities
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create relevant content

What We’re Looking For
Robust interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Valuable written communication and creative thinking
Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Ability to identify and leverage social media trends
Proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn
Basic understanding of AI tools is a plus
Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields are welcome to apply
