Swimming Pool Operator

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Swimming Pool Operator to manage the day-to-day operations, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our swimming pool facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain proper pool water quality, chemical levels, and hygiene standards.
Operate and inspect pool filtration, pumps, and other equipment.
Conduct regular cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas.
Maintain accurate records of water testing, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify and report equipment faults, leaks, or other maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain a safe and clean workplace for swimmers and guests.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.




Follow emergency procedures and support pool safety protocols.

Requirements:
Previous experience in swimming pool operation or maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of pool chemicals, filtration systems, and water testing.
Positive understanding of health and safety practices.
Responsible, attentive, and physically fit.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: Overall Pune
Salary: Minimum 15k to 25 k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
