A hospital in Miryalaguda, Telangana is seeking a qualified Duty Medical Officer (DMO) with a Pharm D qualification and relevant hospital experience. The role involves supporting patient care, coordinating with doctors and healthcare teams, monitoring patients, and maintaining appropriate clinical documentation.

Qualifications
Pharm D from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
Valuable knowledge of clinical practices, patient care, medication management, and hospital procedures.
Robust communication, observation, documentation, teamwork, and patient-management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day patient care activities within the hospital.
Monitor patients and communicate relevant clinical or medication-related concerns to the treating medical team.




Review medication orders and support appropriate medication use within the scope of practice.
Assist doctors and nursing staff in coordinating patient care.
Maintain accurate patient and medication-related documentation.
Support medication reconciliation and identify potential medication-related issues.
Educate patients and attendants regarding medicines and their appropriate use, as applicable.
Coordinate with the pharmacy, nursing, medical, and other hospital departments.
Follow hospital policies, medication-safety procedures, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
Demonstrate robust clinical observation, communication, teamwork, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
