Job Description

BRD Car World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Arena and Nexa dealership teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with a solid interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test-drive coordination.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product features, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements
Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the automobile industry.
Prior experience in automobile sales is an advantage.
