Machine Setup & Operation
Set up and calibrate aluminum extrusion presses according to product recipes and technical blueprints.
Monitor and adjust key operating parameters including extrusion speed, temperature, vacuum, and pressure to optimize throughput.
Ensure aluminum logs or billets are properly loaded, heated, and fed into the press ovens continuously.
Operate supporting components such as pullers, run-out tables, stretchers, and cut-off saws.
Tooling & Die Management
Coordinate with the die shop to ensure all necessary tooling and specified dies are available before shifts begin.
Perform die changes and mechanical setups within specified production timelines to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
