Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes to customers.
Generate leads through calling and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare regular reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skills & Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to convince and engage customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: Rs.15,000-20,000/- per month
Performance-Based Incentive: Additional incentives will be provided based on lead generation, customer conversion, sales performance, and achievement of assigned targets.
Higher performance and target achievement will be rewarded with attractive incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
