Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including tooth extractions and surgical extractions.
Evaluate patients and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans.
Perform dental implant placement and related surgical procedures.
Manage impacted teeth, including wisdom tooth extractions.
Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions within the scope of practice.
Provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care and patient instructions.
Review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic findings before treatment.
Administer and monitor appropriate anesthesia/sedation in accordance with applicable regulations and practice protocols.
Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
Communicate treatment plans, risks, advantages, alternatives, and expected outcomes clearly with patients.
Collaborate effectively with general dentists, hygienists, specialists, and other clinical staff.
Follow all applicable infection-control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Maintain a qualified, patient-centered approach at all times.
