Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field.
A high degree of emotional intelligence and patience to handle diverse young personalities and learning challenges.
Ability to design exciting, hands-on activities that capture children's attention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with parents, staff, and administration.
Utilize instructional methods like storytelling, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities to keep lessons stimulating.
Monitor children's interactions, track developmental progress, and evaluate learning through formative assessments.
Regularly update families on their child's progress, address concerns, and discuss strategies to support learning at home.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom workplace that complies with health and safety regulations.
