Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
Develop engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high-quality social media content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
Respond to comments, messages,



and audience interactions in a timely manner.
Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
Support and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing / Social Media Management.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Solid content writing and communication skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Valuable understanding of hashtags, trends, engagement, and audience growth.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
