Job Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You will own production systems, drive reliability improvements, and enable faster, safer deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage Linux-based infrastructure (RHEL, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux).
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
Architect and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana (metrics, logs, alerting).
Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance (SLOs, SLAs).
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
Enforce security best practices, patching, and compliance.
Configure networking components (DNS, VPNs, load balancers).

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Linux system administration experience.
Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (production environments preferred).
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python).
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong debugging skills in distributed systems.
Ownership mindset with a focus on reliability and automation.
Ability to work in high-pressure production environments.
Explicit communication and documentation skills.
Positive To Have
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
