Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
Create, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Manage the company's social media pages and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Create engaging social media content, captions, promotional posts and campaign ideas.
Coordinate with the design/content team for posters, reels, videos and other marketing creatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze website and social media performance and suggest improvements.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Support SEO activities, keyword research and website content optimization.
Manage Google Business Profile activities and improve local online visibility.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools and platform changes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.




Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop new marketing ideas.
Ability to analyze campaign results and make improvements.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
