Casadel Builders, Kochi is looking for a highly skilled Project Engineer(Civil) to join our energetic team .

Job Description

We are looking for Project Engineer(Civil) to manage and support the execution of commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, and ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and capable of coordinating between site teams, consultants, vendors, and the office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications
Read, understand, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
Monitor work progress and update the project schedule
Coordinate material requirements, procurement, and site inventory
Conduct site measurements and assist in billing and BOQ verification




Daily progress and issues to the Project Manager / Office
Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and reviews

Key Requirements

B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering

10+ years of relevant experience in building construction

Solid knowledge of site execution and construction practices

Ability to read and execute works from drawings

Good coordination and communication skills

Willingness to work at site locations

Experience in commercial projects.
Prefer candidates from Kerala
