Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities Supervise bituminous overlay and pavement strengthening works including BC, DBM, tack coat and prime coat.
Manage day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, MoRTH specifications and contract requirements. Monitor paver, roller and other machinery operations, including laying thickness and temperature.
Handle levels, survey, setting out, camber, cross-fall, super-elevation and grade. Coordinate quality control, laboratory testing, JMF compliance and material quality.
Prepare daily/weekly work programmes and monitor project progress. Coordinate manpower, machinery, bitumen, aggregates and transportation with relevant teams.
Maintain DPR, measurement books, level sheets, test registers, site records and photographic documentation.




Assist in RA Bills and measurements. Coordinate with the Authority Engineer / Independent Engineer during inspections.
Ensure traffic management, PPE and site safety/EHS compliance. Skills Required Valuable knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes and NHAI contract practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.
Knowledge of Auto Level and Total Station. Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and equipment operators.
Good communication and site coordination skills.
Hindi & English required; Marathi will be an advantage.
