We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of HR-related data.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events and activities.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback programs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and workforce planning requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
Stay updated with HR best practices,



employment laws, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive.
Experience in IT or agency recruitment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
Familiarity with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
