Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
Positive knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff.
Good knowledge of portion control and food cost management.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
