Supervise day-to-day dispatch and loading activities.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per approved dispatch plans.
Verify quantity, product details, batch numbers, packaging condition, and other dispatch requirements before loading.
Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and timely loading.
Ensure proper vehicle loading and secure handling of products.
Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure vehicles leave on time.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, pending orders, shortages, damages, and returns.
Ensure proper documentation for customer returns and damaged/short-supplied material.
Monitor loading/unloading manpower and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Conduct physical verification of goods before dispatch.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.




Resolve day-to-day dispatch-related issues and escalate major discrepancies to management.
Prepare daily dispatch reports and other MIS as required.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
Experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure.
Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
