Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of PPC, campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across relevant campaign types.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.




Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages where applicable.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Manage advertising budgets effectively and focus on lead/conversion generation.
Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements
Good hands-on experience in Google Ads is mandatory.
Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Robust knowledge of PPC, keyword research, bidding, targeting, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Experience with Google Ads and related digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
