We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Accountant to join our office. The candidate will be responsible for day to day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with tax and compliance-related work, and handling accounts for various clients.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, be comfortable working with Tally and MS Excel, and have a willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank accounts
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
Assist with GST-related work and return preparation
Assist with TDS-related calculations and compliance
Assist with income tax-related accounting and documentation
Check and organize bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
Coordinate with clients to collect required financial and accounting information
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
Maintain proper records and documentation
Assist with audit and other accounting assignments as required




Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within deadlines
Perform other accounting and office-related duties as required

Requirements
B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills
Previous experience working in an accounting or professional office
Experience handling accounts for multiple clients
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
Familiarity with online tax and compliance portals
Knowledge of preparation of financial statements
