Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries and concerns.
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor customer interactions and maintain accurate records.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain legal, compliance, and contract-related documents and ensure timely renewals.
Prepare customer reports and support client retention initiatives.

Requirements
Any Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Relationship Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
