We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to gain hands-on exposure across HR Operations and Generalist HR activities. The intern will be responsible for supporting and coordinating end-to-end HR activities for an assigned account, working closely with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination for the assigned account.
Support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Support recruitment and candidate coordination, including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Assist with performance management, KRA/KPI, training, and other HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, MIS, and documentation.
Support HR policies, compliance activities, and process implementation.




Prepare regular HR reports and ensure timely closure of pending activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle HR matters professionally.
Proactively identify gaps and escalate issues when required.

What We Are Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Solid understanding of basic HR concepts and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and interact confidently with employees and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
