The Context:
As our sales team scales, maintaining consistency and quality across conversations becomes increasingly challenging. Excellent sales outcomes are not just driven by volume, but by how conversations are handled, how problems are understood, and how trust is built.



This role exists to build a robust feedback and quality engine that helps the sales team improve continuously and perform better over time. ⸻ The Role As a Sales Quality Analyst, you will own the evaluation and feedback loop for sales conversations. You will work closely with sales and training teams to identify gaps, highlight best practices, and contribute to building a more structured and effective sales system. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of sales, data, and coaching.

What You’ll Own:
Evaluating sales calls across Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales functions
Reviewing and scoring 20–30 calls per week using a structured evaluation framework
Writing detailed and actionable feedback for individual agents
Identifying high-quality calls and best practices for team-wide learning
Maintaining QA scorecards and tracking agent performance
Supporting training initiatives through insights and real call examples
