Advanced proficiency with SEEBURGER BIS/BIC and BIC Mapping Designer, including message structures and direct mappings. Experience with SEEBURGER BIS Mapper, or demonstrated ability to learn it for the planned migration.
Proven mapping experience with X12, ISO, EDIFACT, NACHA, flat-file, and CSV formats.
Ability to design DOT-based canonical data models and reusable mapping patterns.
Knowledge of SEEBURGER overlay architecture, including inheritance, template overlays, extension points, and reusable versus partner-specific logic.
Experience using SEEBURGER CMA for layout, structural, and compliance validation.
Ability to convert partner specifications and business requirements into detailed integration designs.
Experience across the full delivery lifecycle: development, testing, QA, deployment, and production support.
Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for mapping, transformation, validation, and production issues.
Sound programming knowledge, including variable scope, data structures, modular design, maintainability,



and protected code modification.
Ability to independently research technical documentation, training materials, recordings, and existing solutions. Ability to complete technical training and apply recent knowledge with minimal guidance.
Ability to incorporate code-review feedback and consistently follow established mapping standards.
Strong technical-writing skills for designs, mapping specifications, runbooks, and support documentation. Effective knowledge-transfer, mentoring, and technical communication skills.
Experience working in Agile teams and managing commitments through Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
At least five years of software or integration development experience delivering complex production solutions.
