About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Engineer who combines robust software engineering fundamentals with an AI-native approach to development.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang and/or Node.js, robust frontend skills in React.js / Next.js, and hands-on experience designing and scaling production-grade systems on AWS.
You should be someone who uses modern AI development tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, architecture, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang and/or Node.js.
Build high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Develop secure REST APIs,



GraphQL APIs, and event-driven backend services.
Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, and JWT-based security flows.
Design modular, reusable, scalable frontend and backend architectures.
Define scalable data models and robust API contracts.

AI-Augmented Engineering
Make AI development tools an integral part of the daily engineering workflow.
Use tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf for:
Code generation
Debugging and troubleshooting
Refactoring
Architecture brainstorming
Test-case generation
Documentation
Migration and modernization
Performance optimization
Infrastructure automation
Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows and internal productivity accelerators.
