Senior Manager – Corporate Engagement & Business Development
Location: Bangalore | Pan-India Role

Role Overview

Lead CPA Australia’s corporate and industry engagement across India, with responsibility for building senior-level relationships, opening doors to new organizations, developing strategic opportunities and converting them into meaningful partnerships and business outcomes.
The role will also strengthen CPA Australia’s presence within the corporate and professional ecosystem through industry engagement, executive forums and strategic stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Engagement & Business Development
Develop and execute a pan-India corporate engagement and business development strategy.
Build relationships with senior corporate decision-makers, including CFOs, CHROs, business heads and other key stakeholders.
Identify and develop new corporate prospects, partnerships and revenue-generating avenues for CPA Australia, including NMG and relevant initiatives.
Build and manage a strong corporate pipeline,



taking opportunities from relationship development through to conversion.
Work closely with team on key corporate prospects, sales conversion and strategic engagements.

Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement
Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, professional associations, business networks and other relevant organizations.
Establish and lead senior-level industry roundtables, executive dialogues and stakeholder forums.
Represent CPA Australia at key industry events and platforms, strengthening its visibility and influence.
Identify opportunities to position CPA Australia as a valued partner and voice within the Indian business and skilled community.

Market Intelligence
Build robust knowledge of the Indian corporate and professional landscape and identify emerging opportunities.
Provide market insights to inform CPA Australia’s India strategy and corporate engagement
