nWe are seeking a agile and seasoned Sales Head with over two decades of proven expertise in managing sales within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in both project sales and dealer/distributor sales, with a robust track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. As the company embarks on an ambitious growth journey,



this role will be pivotal in shaping and executing sales strategies to achieve aggressive targets.
nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
nRevenue Growth: Drive sales expansion across project and dealer channels, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
nMarket Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand dealer networks, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
nTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and foster a culture of accountability.
nProject Sales Expertise: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and developers to secure large-scale projects.
nDealer Sales Expertise: Build solid partnerships with distributors and dealers to maximize market penetration.
nPerformance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track sales performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
