Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting. N
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making. N
Partner with cross functional business leaders to optimize costs, improve productivity, and support growth initiatives. N
Leverage analytics, automation, and planning tools to enhance decision support. N
Own financial performance transparency – ensure transparent visibility of drivers, variances, and outcomes across P&L;, cash flow, and key KPIs. N
Provide consistent performance narratives and management reporting N
Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. N
Embed automation and AIacross these processes, where possible N
Mentor and develop teammembers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth. N

Establish a risk and control governance framework aligned with Bell Canada's policies and standards. N
Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous controls improvement across the organization. N
Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and governance processes. N
Lead enterprise and operational risk assessments, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies. N
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. N
Oversee internal and external audits, including remediation of control deficiencies. N
Strengthen controls over financial reporting, procurement, payroll, and operational processes. N

nQualifications

Chartered Accountant (ICAI), CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent skilled designation required. N
CIA or risk management certifications are an asset N
12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Controllership, Audit, Risk Management, or r
