The Practice Leadwill own and independently lead a defined portfolio of Internal Communications programs and/or practice capabilities, with end-to-end accountability for planning, stakeholder management, execution, measurement and continuous improvement within the assigned portfolio. N
The role will partner closely with senior leaders, HR, business and enabling functions to translate organizational priorities into compelling communications and meaningful employee experiences across audiences, channels and geographies. N
The role will require astrong combination of strategic thinking, communications expertise, stakeholder management and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a large, global and matrixed organization. N

NStrategic Internal Communications & Integrated Campaigns

Own and deliver assigned Internal Communications programs and integrated campaigns aligned with business, people and organizational priorities. N
Translate organizational priorities into transparent, compelling employee narratives and communication experiences. N
Drive end-to-end delivery across stakeholders, audiences, channels and geographies. N
Use reach, engagement, feedback and other relevant insights to measure effectiveness and continuously improve communication programs. N
nLeadership & Stakeholder Communications

Own assigned executive communication requirements, including leadership narratives, messages, talking points and briefing materials. N
Partner with CXO offices and senior leaders on employee engagements, town halls, leadership forums and other communication platforms. N
