nYali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.
nWe are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
nKey Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operationsn
Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targetsn
Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standardsn
Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalabilityn
Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth executionn
Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordinationn
Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvementsn




Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teamsn
Support prototype builds, testing, and transition to productionn

nRequirements

Experience in production/manufacturing operationsn
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflowsn
Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operationsn
Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferredn
Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planningn
Solid problem-solving and organizational skillsn
