Provision and manage virtual machines N
Monitor performance andresource utilization N
Manage HA, DRS, vMotion N
Perform migrations, snapshots, cloning N
Troubleshoot VMware issues N
Patch and upgrade infrastructure N
Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 N
Administer Active Directory,



DNS, DHCP, GPO N
Handle patching and security updates N
Monitor server performance N
Troubleshoot OS issues N
Provide L2/L3 support N
Handle incidents and escalations N
Perform RCAn
Ensure SLA compliance N
Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault) N
Perform restores and DRdrills N
