Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content.n
Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments.n
Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.n
Manage and publish learning content through the LMS.n
Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D; team.n
Ensure content meets brand and quality standards.n
Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.n

nQualification :

n
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.n

n

nExperience :
n

n
n
0–2 years of experience in digital content production.n
Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.n

nMust-Have Skills:

Solid skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.n

nGood to Have:

Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effectsn
Storyboarding & instructional content sequencingn
Basic instructional design and adult learning principlesn
LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPIn
AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalentn
