Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Lead to head our in-house design function, owning creative direction, leading a small design team, and delivering branding, campaign, and communication assets across a diversified group with multiple business lines. You'll move between big-picture brand strategy and hands-on execution in the same week, and you'll see your work used across very different contexts, from a hiring campaign to a client-facing tender document. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both direct a team and roll up their sleeves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




Lead and manage an in-house design team, allocating work and reviewing output for quality and consistency
Translate business briefs from different teams into transparent creative concepts and campaign directions
Own creative execution across digital, social media, branding, and internal/external collateral
Present creative work to internal stakeholders, explain your thinking, and incorporate feedback
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines so they hold up consistently across multiple business lines
Plan and prioritise creative requests across several teams and deadlines simultaneously
Provide hands-on design support (layout, typography, image treatment) when timelines require direct execution rather than delegation
Mentor and develop design team members, giving regular, constructive feedback
Keep an eye on design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and production techniques, and bring releva
