NKey Responsibilities

Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects. N
Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings N
Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers N
Guide architects and designers throughout the design process N
Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements N
Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications N
Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs N
Attend client presentations,



design reviews and site meetings N
Resolve site-related design issues during execution N

Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills N
Knowledge of building services and MEP coordination N
Solid leadership, presentation and communication skills N
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines N
