Job Description About the role:
The Senior Lead - Security Command Centre is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), while driving the implementation of processes, customer expectation; aligned with information security standards. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering technical security services, ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and continuous improvement of security technologies across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
Command Centre Operations
Lead and supervise 24x7 Security Command Centre operations across assigned locations.




Ensure continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of electronic security systems and integrated platforms.

Technical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Projects (ICT), Corporate Technology, Networking, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on technical security initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors, territory physical security leads, and building teams for issue resolution and operational support.
Lead discussions with members (customers) related to security systems, custom security projects, and audits in coordination with Sales and
