Role Description The Associate, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. The associate will support the CTO in strategic planning, technology roadmapping, and coordination of key initiatives across engineering, product, and data teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing briefs and presentations, tracking project progress, synthesizing technical and business information,



and maintaining documentation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The role involves conducting market and technology research, analyzing internal metrics, and helping align stakeholders on priorities and timelines. The associate will also assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient execution of the CTO’s agenda.
Qualifications
Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation, presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and research skills, including experience working with data, metrics, and industry trends to support technology and product decisions.
