NJob Summary
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Accounts to support day-to-day
Naccounting and finance activities. The candidate will assist with accounting entries, invoices,
Nreconciliations, documentation, and other financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Nwith company policies.
NKey Responsibilities

Record daily accountingtransactions in the accounting software. N
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices. N
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. N
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. N
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements. N
Verify bills, invoices,expenses, and supporting documents. N
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. N
Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements. N




Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables. N
Support month-end and year-end closing activities. N
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters. N
Assist senior accountants and management with finance-related tasks. N
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degreein B.Com, M.Com, or a related field. N
0–2 years of experiencein accounting/finance;
freshers may also be considered. N
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation. N
Working knowledge of MSExcel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP. N
Positive numerical and analytical skills. N
Robust attention to detail and accuracy. N
Positive communication and organizational skills. N
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team. N
