Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer – (For Specifications/Consultant Approvals)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in B2 B technical sales of Industrial Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Products, Electrical Components, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, or Instrumentation Products. This role involves developing business through Electrical Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Key Accounts while providing techno commercial support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas
Business Development
 Identify and develop recent business opportunities through Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Industrial Customers.
 Generate qualified sales leads through regular customer visits, networking, and market mapping.
Consultant & Key Account Management
 Develop and maintain solid relationships with consultants, key accounts, OEMs, and EPC customers.




 Work towards product approvals and vendor registrations with consultants and major customers.
Techno-Commercial Sales
 Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
 Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and pricing proposals.
Customer Support & Order Execution
 Coordinate with engineering and tech support teams for timely execution of
customer orders.
 Track projects and RFQ status
Market Development
 Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies.
 Identify recent product opportunities based on customer feedback and market requirements.
Reporting & CRM
 Maintain customer visit reports, sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and CRM updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
 Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely customer support.
