Job Summary:

Lead and manage crowd simulation work for animation projects, ensuring realistic crowd movement, technical quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the crowd simulation team and manage daily production requirements. Create and supervise complex crowd simulations and behaviors. Review shots and provide technical and artistic feedback. Work closely with Animation, Layout, Rigging, FX, and Lighting teams. Optimize simulations for quality and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure shots meet project standards. Coordinate with Supervisors and Directors to implement feedback. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills:
Robust experience with Houdini, Maya Excellent understanding of crowd simulation, animation, and procedural workflows. Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle complex crowd sequences and production deadlines. Experience: 5+ years in Crowd Simulation/Animation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
