NKey Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end accounting and finance operations. N
Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and statutory compliances. N
Preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit schedules. N
Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders. N
Monitoring accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and fund flow. N
Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting reports. N
Ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. N
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. N




Handling vendor payments and reconciliation. N
Working on ERP/accounting software and Excel reporting. N

nRequired Skills:

Solid knowledge of Accounts, Finance & Taxation. N
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, audit, and finalization. N
Valuable understanding of Real Estate accounting practices. N
Strong analytical and communication skills. N
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. N
