NKey Responsibilities

Handle customer queriesvia phone, email, chat, or other communication channels N
Provide prompt, accurate, and qualified resolutions to customer concerns N
Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and case details in the CRM system N
Track customer requestsand ensure timely follow-ups until resolution N




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently N
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer communications N
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service N
Meet assigned response time, productivity, and customer service KPIs N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N
Solid customer serviceand interpersonal skills. N
Experience working withCRM systems is preferred. N
Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. N
Basic proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook. N
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. N
