What You'll Do
As AP Regional Consulting L&D; Manager/ Senior Manager,
you will play a pivotal role in delivering BCG’s learning strategy in AP and playing a business partner role for selected cohorts/ strategic initiatives.
You will ensure seamless run-the-business (RTB) execution of selected core journeys, escalate areas of improvement or current skills gaps/ learning needs to global Learning journey owners, maintain proximity to the business and act as a business partner to regional & system stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact in the AP region.
By networking with other regional and global counterparts, you will lead or actively participate in journey improvement projects, such as updating learning modules, enhancing journey linkages, measuring impact, and integrating topics across journeys.
At the journey level, you will also contribute to strategic vendor relationship management, new facilitator onboarding / upskilling and feedback in the AP region.
